WHAT'S INCLUDED?

 

Three (3)  full-body strength and muscle building workouts per week for both men and women. Workouts include exercise options with and without equipment. Each month you'll receive detailed instructions which enable you to follow the workouts with ease.  Plus you'll receive exercise videos modeling the proper form of each exercise.    

If you choose the monthly membership:

You will receive your new workout every 4-weeks, consisting of 3 full-body training days per week. You are free to join and cancel as you wish.These 4-week training blocks will have a different emphasis, complementing and building on the month prior. The cycle is a 4-week rotation of unique months which prioritize individual aspects of movement, strength, and hypertrophy (increase and growth of muscle through exercise) designed to help you move better, build muscle, and get stronger.

Your monthly membership includes:

 

~ 2 workout training program options,

~ 3 overview videos / one for each workout for the week,

~ access to Fitbanx App exercise videos guiding you through each workout, demonstrating how to perform each exercise,

~ instructions on how to progress each week,

~ a printable workout log to track your progress,

~ additional bodyweight/mini-band glute and ab workout videos, and

~ a10% discount on single monthly exercise program purchases ($32.99) .
